Shirts & Ties Venice, London is an online and temporary pop-up retail store which sells high quality Italian men’s clothing for a UK market. Because we sell online we may have international customers, though we do not have an International branch. We are a registered company in the UK, Number: 08602342. Our Registered Office address: 143 Hampden Way, London N14 5AY.

Our sister store is Shirts & Ties Venezia in Italy, though we are entirely separate businesses.

We do not direct the Site to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under eighteen.     

For all non-UK customers

We will need to use your personal data to carry out our services as we would with our UK customers, though we may transfer your personal data from your country of residence to ourselves and to third parties located in the UK and vice versa to ensure the sale and delivery of your goods purchased from our site has been carried out successfully. We will endeavour to ensure reasonable steps are taken to protect the privacy of your personal data.

Please note, we may not be able to cater for all overseas customers as there may be issues such as postage, packaging, possible trading restrictions and other examples where a person’s location prevents us from providing a full customer experience.

Updating and removing your details

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the address below - we prefer email to keep the cost of using paper for both sides at a minimum. We will correct any information found to be incorrect, but this may take up to two weeks to do so. We will also remove your personal data from our systems if you request us to do so, again this could take up to two weeks.
